Great neighbors and location

Pros

The super lives in the building and he is responsive. He keeps everything organized. The building only has 4 apartments so you will know all your neighbors. The neighbors are quiet. Everybody is respectful and I’ve never had a problem with any of them. The location is great, full of restaurants, bars, and stores. You are one block away from the train.

Cons

The street gets very busy in summer so it can get loud if you live in one of those apartments. There’s a washing machine in the basement but no dryer.
