- Replaced original hardwood floors with laminate 'wood' - A/C units frequently have issues - Poor insulation - Washing machine shakes the entire building; everyone knows when someone else is doing laundry - Generally slow response time to issues (Sometimes a few days, other times a few months) - You'll see VERY high rent increases from this owner. It's just a big shell company with lots of investments. They aren't owners, they're investors.
Advice to owner:
As I've seen from other properties by this owner: reinvest your high rent into the building and you can better justify the prices.
