    The most disgusting building to live in

    Uhhhh location??? Greenpoint is nice
    Cons:
    rats
    Roaches
    Broken heating
    random times of no working water
    The halls and building itself are beyond filthy
    Loud street
    MOLD
    Unexplained holes in walls
    Advice to owner:
    Pretend to give a shit about the quality of your buildings. The state of this building is criminal
