    Nice landlords that mean well

    Pros:
    Very reasonably priced, responsive super. Quiet!
    Cons:
    Things sometimes need to be fixed several times over. The plumbing is such that if someone flushes the toilet in another apartment your water becomes very hot.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix plumbing - that’s all
