Building is not well maintained

Beautiful location. Railroad apartments with plenty of light.

Cons

Don’t rent from Bill. Building is poorly maintained. Trash is kept out in the open all week. Landlord breaks tenant protection laws. Landlord has many family members living in the building, with only a few units available for outsiders. He squeezes outsiders when he can and gives family preferential treatment. Overall toxic environment. Stay away.
