Building is not well maintained, a huge piece of the kitchen roof fell one day (it was fixed, but the cracks in the other rooms were just painted over), the toilet would run (and the landlords would knock on the door at all hours of the night to notify us yet never actually fixed it), and there were multiple holes throughout the apartment (which often led to cockroaches!).
