    We loved it!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great landlord. We really enjoyed our time spent here. We hardly had any issues and when we did they were addressed immediately!
    Cons:
    Nothing I can think of!
    Advice to owner:
    Perhaps fixing the roof so that tenants can use it. That would be nice but not a must!
