    A decent, affordable place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location is excellent! Close to the train, grocery stores, coffee shops, and anything you need. Nightlife too. Apartment has light and hardwood floors. Nice live in super
    Cons:
    Lots of stairs, no amenities like laundry, outdoor space
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate old units so they have some modern conveniences
