    Weirdly built, Nice Location

    Pros:
    Newish Renovation, Close to Public Transit, Close to Bars and Restaurants, Next to library, Residential Block.
    Cons:
    Cheap materials used for construction. Odd fixtures. Windows are single pane. No windows in common area. Owner has a habit of blaming tenants for building issues.
    Advice to owner:
    Your tenants pay you a lot of rent. If something breaks fix it, and don’t give them grief about it. It’s probably not their fault.
