Nice neighbourhood and that’s about it.
• Owner doesn’t do much of anything. Claimed an old toilet was a new low flow toilet and that’s why we had to flush it three times. • Hasn’t given back my security deposit. • Loves to yell at tenants when they raise issues with him.
