- owners are very nice and take good care of the building/unit - dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit - bedrooms have nice large windows and get a lot of light
- gets a bit warm in the living room in the summer because the kitchen/living area doesn’t have windows - not a lot of counter space but you can fit a dining table to add more surface area
