Family owned-building, nicest people
Pros
The owner are really responsive and nice. They have apartments are well maintained and there is a lot of space. You can hardly hear sounds coming from the apartment above. It seems people who live here stay for 5+ years, which I think says a lot about the building and the owners.
Cons
It's a bit far from the subway, which isn't really a problem until it's very cold outside.
Advice to the owners
Nothing, really. We've loved living here.
