Charming. Lovely stained glass entry door. Tin ceilings.
Terrible, inconsiderate neighbor. Excessively rude and hostile. Thin walls. Can hear every movement of other people in the building.

Why was the neighbor so bad? What unit did they live in? Was it the other 248 Driggs unit? Are they still there?

I doubt the neighbor's still there. We were all kicked out when the building was sold and then remodeled. She was on the second floor. In many occasions she would blast music with driving bass until 6 am. On weeknights or weekends. Everyone in the building talked to her about this but she didn’t care. More than 1 unit in the building was vacated specifically because they couldn’t deal with the lack of sleep brought on by her rudeness.
