    Excellent Landlord / Great Space
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    This landlord is the kindest landlord I have ever had. She's responsive and is not out to take advantage of her tenants from a rest / rent increase pov.
    Cons:
    The walls are EXTREMELY thin - this is not the fault of the landlord, however, is definitely the downside
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the great work
