    Fred is a Caring, Meticulous and Awesome Landlord

    Very clean and well maintained.
    Cons:
    It’s an older building but Fred really cares.
    Advice to owner:
    Rent here if you have the opportunity!

    Best landlord ever.

    Pros:
    The landlord takes great care of the building and is incredibly responsive. Truly the best I’ve had in my 7 years living in NYC.
    Cons:
    Radiator heat is very intense. But that’s just NYC problems.
    Advice to owner:
    None, you’re the best!
