    Loved living here

    Pros:
    Delores and her sons were incredible at taking care of the building and they responded to issues immediately.
    We left after the shut down because we wanted a larger apt but we loved every minute living at 201 Engert
    Cons:
    The BQE is loud but not something that can be controlled by the owner and the pros made up for it!
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you’re doing!!!
