    An excellent place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location, responsive ownership, well maintained. Overall a great place to live.
    Cons:
    There’s a car wash across the street that can be a little loud but it’s not a dealbreaker
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you’re doing
