    Fred is the best landlord ever

    Pros:
    Fred is an amazing landlord, I've lived in new york 12 years and never had a better one. He's super responsive, kind, and considerate. The building is in amazing condition.
    Cons:
    Some of the units in the back of the building are a bit dark, but nothing too bad.
    Advice to owner:
    apartment is amazing
