    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Clean building. Only 4 units. Regular pest control, garbage, and maintenance. Responsive landlord. Close to the park and prime Williamsburg is easily accessible.
    Cons:
    Older build, so things like leaks, temperamental radiators, drafty windows, and slightly crooked walls come with the territory. BQE is loud.
