    A great spot in a lovely community
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very quiet street, great heating, well maintained building with recent renovations while retaining original character.
    Cons:
    No intercom so have to go down to street level to let people in. Doorbell also doesn’t work well.
    Advice to owner:
    Laundry in basement would be a huge benefit to tenants.
