    Great building/owner
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location. Nice separate 2 bedroom/2bath with tons of privacy. Responsive and pleasant super and landlord
    Cons:
    Heat was a little finicky, but what NYC apartment doesnt have that issue?
    Advice to owner:
    Great experience living here!
