    So cozy and great

    Pros:
    Overall great, affordable building. The super was really kind and responsive. Very clean and quiet at night even though it’s a busy street. Great neighborhood and neighbors!
    Cons:
    Better lighting in the hallways, though that’s very minor
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you’re doing :)
