    Horrible landlord lots of cockroaches

    Pros:
    Love the area.
    Cons:
    Owner doesn’t care that there’s lots of cockroaches and other bugs. Unresponsive about any issue you bring to him. Heat isnt controllable and makes loud knocking noises all night. Owner refuses to do any maintenance to the building. Starts almost every sentence with im not like those other slumlords...
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the building.
