    Good landlords, old building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - cheap rent
    - landlords are decent, very hands off
    Cons:
    - building is really old and dirty
    - in 2019 the landlord forced all tenants to move out because they were demolishing the building, but it’s still standing 3 years later
