    Pros:
    close access to trains and busses. Easy parking.
    Cons:
    Uncommunicative, nonexistent maintenance, poor heating system, nepotism within tenants and property manager, unprofessional
    Advice to owner:
    Hire better people to look after your building, then you wont get so many fines.
