    Newly updated top floor apt
    Cons:
    Alligator Lounge is loud.
    Advice to owner:
    Thicker windows would be great.

    Was cheap
    Good location
    Cons:
    Bare minimum for a building
    Dirty and barely updated in years
    The bar downstairs is so loud
    Advice to owner:
    Invest more in the property but as long as people take the raising rent it won’t matter
