Pros:
On-site laundry sometimes works, good location
Cons:
Completely neglectful and dishonest management. Insane rent increases, unfixed leaks in every apartment. Mold, lead paint and falling ceiling in our apartment. Awful heating system that bangs all winter. They rush you to move in and start paying rent before fixing anything alot of the promises never get done. Door code known by any body ( it's been the same for years) and is often disarmed, rat infestation, packages stolen immediately literally. HUGE rent increases
Advice to owner:
You should be arrested.
