Landlord act as if tenants are owners, skirting landlord responsibilities. The plumbing has backed up 3 times into the bathtub and outside drains within a year and a half. The pool heater has been broken the whole time and leaks water. Landlords do nothing to actually fix root of problem, so issues keep reoccurring. The facade of the building needs repainting and fixing, which the landlord will not do. Over priced rental.
