    Well taken care of in good neighborhood
    Cons:
    Landlord causes so much stress and is super unprofessional. Left because of distress
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t make up illegal rules…

    Nice apartment but stressful landlord

    Pros:
    The building is great and well maintained. The landlord does take care of the property.
    Cons:
    Everyone in the building had issues with the landlord who created really stressful situations with the tenants. She would illegally try to deny legal roommates or make up reasons why she would keep the security deposit. The apartment wasn’t worth the stress.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t threaten tenants with NYC laws that don’t exist
