Near the L train, roof, nice apartment, no issues with pests
Very loud street, difficult borderline scamming management. The realtor is the “super” but is unresponsive and hard to work with. Any issues that arise you’re expected to solve on your own, it’s as if there isn’t any one in charge of the building. Incredibly frustrating and unlike anything else. Zero responsiveness, zero responsibility.
