    Newly renovated pre-war, well-maintained building!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    There were very few issues with the units/building or utilities and management was always very responsive
    Cons:
    The location is on a main road and there is some street noise
    Advice to owner:
    Clarify and tell tenants how to use the AC units properly
