    Clean building, but paper thin walls.

    Pros:
    Well managed, issues are addressed fairly quickly. The building is cleaned often.
    Cons:
    The walls are paper thin there’s practically nothing there. Absolutely every noise coming from the neighbors is perfectly audible. I’m not exaggerating when I say you can hear the neighbors quiet sighs.
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in a layer of dry wall for the walls shared in bedrooms.
