Terrible management, consistently ignored us while mold grew in our apartment due to water in the walls
Close to the L train
Our unit flooded TWICE, people inject drugs and smoke crack outside all day (there is active drug dealing on the block), construction next door caused many issues and is extremely loud, not worth living here
