    Location is great, the common areas are clean, the landlord is responsive
    Cons:
    Walls and floors are very thin. You will hear your neighbours a lot.

    The landlord is proactive, responsive and involved in the regular maintenance.
    The building is clean and sound insulation is exceptionally good
    Cons:
    The garbage management isn’t great, but it’s minor.
    Advice to owner:
    Thanks for being a good landlord and taking care of the building.
