Pros:
Location is decent, a lot of good food is around and fun things to do
Cons:
The ceilings are under 6’5”, the living space floods, the air quality is poor, and there’s mold growing in the walls. Paying $785/month in 2018-2019 was not worth it here.
Advice to owner:
Fix the property or lower the rent.
