    Mostly good, could use some improvements

    Pros:
    building is safe, neighbors are fine, and the heat & hot water are good
    Cons:
    it takes them a few days to turn on the heat when it gets cold. Management is not very responsive, problems take a while to get fixed (if they get fixed) though it’s usually nothing major
    Advice to owner:
    Be more proactive and maybe find better management
