    great neighborhood, better spots available

    - small building with live in super
    - great location, right near a park
    - friendly neighbors
    - close to trains, bars, food
    - good street parking
    - rent controlled
    Cons:
    - the loudest block in the area with truck traffic
    - construction is often happening
    - railroad layout with small middle bedroom
    - no screens in windows
    - no amenities
    - landlord sometimes leaves for long periods of time
