    Pros:
    Such a great apartment on a lovely little block. Big, well-designed, and with really kind and responsive management. Very happy here.
    Cons:
    Very few cons honestly. Not much street noise but it’s very audible when it’s there. The bathrooms are tiny and not the best water pressure, but fine.

    Very clean, quiet street, huge bedroom, great closet space, large kitchen
    Cons:
    Tiny bathroom, loud radiator in winter
    Advice to owner:
    Open Laundry in basement to all tenants
