    Management does the bare minimum
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very quiet, close to the L train
    Cons:
    Mostly just management. They took multiple calls and messages to respond to issues and they have not given me my security deposit. They asked that I sign a notarized form exempting them from all liability in order to get my deposit back
    Advice to owner:
