The landlord is a monster

Pros:
Moved in here to realize that half the building had been sued by the unethical landlord. Been going on for Fifteen freaking years! He is a nightmare. He got me to sign a contract that makes me liable for anything that goes wrong or breaks in the apartment. Don’t rent from this guy!!
