It’s good for New York but could be better

Pros:
Exterminators, management is pretty nice, great location and nice neighbors

If you’re used to the city, it’s a middle of the road place to be!
Cons:
We had roaches when we came in, exterminator’s came often and they went away. Also had mice that come through the heating vents. Not as bad bc we could call the exterminator whenever and actually figured out how to stop them but still annoying bc there were clear infrastructure issues. Spoke to neighbors and some of them had mice and some never saw them!

Also the laundry is nice but like the room is full of rat droppings and mold. Prices are good tho!

Trash was a lot sometimes just sort of nasty

Also the tree in the back has fruit which creates this rotting smell
Advice to owner:
Just making little tweaks for avoiding pests
