    Good value for space and location

    Pros:
    Rent controlled, lots of space, 5 min from L train, lots to do nearby, buzzer system calls phone
    Cons:
    Kitchen sink water pressure low; apartment not very thoroughly cleaned before move-in; radiator heating temp can’t be turned on by tenants; set for the whole building, initially had rats
