Pros:
The building is updated, has balconies on the backside. There are only 4 units so it’s pretty quiet. The windows are wide and let in a lot of light.
Cons:
The laundry in the basement was always broken. There isn’t a place for packages to be left inside easily. There are people that hang out in a van outside this apartment when it’s warm enough- and I lived there for three years I know they are never leaving. Sometimes they blast music till late at night and cat call.
Advice to owner:
Fix the flooding issues in the basement so the laundry doesn’t break all the time.
