    Management doesn't even do the bare minimum.

    Pros:
    Neighbors are nice!
    Cons:
    Management barely addressed the frequent heat/hot water issues and the public areas were often dirty for weeks and weeks. They rarely communicated about any issues, and lied to us about why something had suddenly stopped working (eg: the gas was turned off for a week because they did illegal repairs, but they blamed the city and national grid for turning it off). Don't live here!!!

    Cons:
    They run a pump and dump scheme. They tie you to a lengthy contract and they never fix anything
    Advice to owner:
    Stop scamming people who are trying to get by
