    Nothing like it!

    Pros:
    Everyone has their own bathroom. Huge living space. One room has a balcony and everyone has access to the roof. The heating and cooling is great. New appliances, including stovetop, dishwasher, and fridge. Tons and tons of natural light.
    Cons:
    There is no oven. An occasional car passing by playing window-vibrating music.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up!
