Good, clean building

Pros:
- nice balconies in some units, new modern appliances - virtual doorman is great, great rooftop
Cons:
- management was not super responsive, some issues with appliances not being fixed quickly. - washer/dryer in the basement - duck meat factory next store that is always hauling stuff in the morning lol
Advice to owner:
- be more responsive and helpful to tenants - think about adding any amenities for this price point in a just ok area

Pros:
Generally been nice. We made the second bedroom with the French doors our living room, which works great for a couple. Great access to the G, JMZ, and L. Harvest and Beyond are both nearby for groceries and they’re both great. Nearby some really good bars and restaurants— winson, winson bakery, duckduck, gentle perch, Brooklyn ball, nite nite, and then a bunch up on Grand Street. Feels very new, clean, fresh, and we’ve been able to make a very comfortable home here. We had some issues with a leak in the sink and the super always came the next day— finally we learned that you just need to fully close the dishwasher to prevent the leaking. They’ve also come quickly to unclog drains.
Cons:
They’re way over charging for this place. Park across the street is very loud on weekends (big football games) and the flood lights point directly at the front of the building until 11pm. We have to put the blinds down at night. Loud refrigerated trucks often sit overnight in front of the meatpacking company below. Don’t expect an answer from management if it’s not during business hours, even in emergencies.
