    Clean, management was typically responsive and helpful
    Cons:
    On occasion loud noise late at night from the church next door

    Pros:
    Good location, close to L, J, M, Z and G trains.
    Cons:
    Building is not in good condition and management is negligent with repairs. They take forever to address repair issues and will only do so if you call 311.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't threaten tenants who call 311 over your failure to properly maintain your buildings.
