noise level from brooklyn comedy club/Eris (attached to same building) can be insaneeee, if youre a light sleeper beware

Great to have a balcony face the courtyard, small space though

Pros:
The building cleaner is so kind and does a great job! If you’re on the south side of the building it’s great to have a balcony facing the courtyard instead of a street Great to have a roof and gym even if roof furniture is shitty and the gym had mold at one point
Cons:
Thin walls, 167 graham is above a club on Wednesday nights, SMALL rooms, one room didn’t have a closet, no storage
