- The boiler is so small that only one person in the building can shower at a time - Management requires you to use portable air conditioners due to the restaurant below, making the building uninhabitable during July and August - The floors and ceilings are all uneven - Lots of pest issues because the exterminator comes midweek when everyone is at work - Management never responds to any communication - Doorman prices for a barebones, regular old Brooklyn apartment
Not management's fault but future tenants should be aware: - Lots of dirt bike traffic on Graham Ave means sleeping with windows open is not an option due to noise - Many homeless people camp out in front of the building because of the LinkNYC wifi
