Great Building to live in, but with poor management

Pros:
- Updated appliances, kept clean, conveniently located within Williamsburg, spacious units, lovely neighbors
Cons:
Often loud on the street due to corner block parties, management often late to respond to requests or completely ignores them, poor communication from management, did not repaint my apartment on move-in after I asked.

Great neighbors, extremely poor management

Pros:
Neighbors are great in entire building, small cable gym in basement, roof top access
Cons:
Dealers on the corner and plenty of junkie foot traffic, management under Naftali ignores all issues unless you remind them multiple times a day, and even then most things do not get solved and are only provided a band aid solution. Beware of this property owner, the only thing that would keep me here is the community in the building
